One of the benefits of being part of the RoughRiders program is access to Impact Sports Performance classes. Each player gets unlimited classes during that season for no additional cost. Becoming a great player doesn't just happen on the basketball court, it requires work off the court as well. The classes listed above are the ones most closely aligned to our practice schedule but the full schedule of classes can be found here.

Please make sure to pre-register for classes via the app or the website and check in at the start of each class to make sure you get credit.
